Off for birdie exams

We are on our way to the vet for exams for River, Pepper, and Rosie. Poor River got car sick. It's never happened before. I will try giving him some ginger tea before a trip next time. Last night I trimmed Pepper's nails and got one too short. I got it to stop bleeding, but today it started again a couple times when she was climbing around. I oh had flour and corn starch to use, will get the vet to use some styptic when we get there and buy some for home.

You can also use bar soap in an emergency. Drag the nail across the bar and press nail in

Everybirdie had a good exam. Vet is very pleased with how they're doing. Pepper got her mail taken care of. And my vet was so sweet! She only charged me for two exams.

She hasn't wanted to let's file them just yet, and I don't want to push her so I just let the vet do Rosie's nails. River seems fine since his little sickness. It's a dark day out, supposed to get a lot of rain here.
