# of animals?

I feel out of place here only 4 birds(tiels). maybe 5, my sister's lovebird is still here - supposed to be temporary!

1 dog
2 cats
2 rabbits
1 guinea pig
5 parrots
200ltr tropical fish tank (approx 20 fish)

Omg my head is spinning :0 I have a hard time with

1 Bird and 2 dogs 4 kiddos and 1 hubby.

Geeze my husband says we have too many animals. I think he needs to read this thread.

3 dogs: retired racing greyhound: Marco; 45 lb. no recognizable breed rescue: Penny, and a rescue mostly doxie (maybe a smidge basset in there) Woody.
4 tarantulas.
1 husband.
1 daughter with 1 california king snake, 1 leopard gecko, 1 Hogg Island boa.
1 daughters boyfriend with a corn snake.

I am hoping everything below the husband moves out at the end of January.

1 Pacific parrotlet
1 pearl cockatiel
1 American Budgie
3 bettas (two are in two gallons, one has a ten gallon to himself with an apple snail)
a 20gal with 5 Golden barbs and 8 cardinal tetras
3 corn snakes
1 eastern painted turtle
a colony of Madagascar hissing cockroaches
1 Rosehair tarantula

And there are two cats in the house. So 24 pets not counting the roaches, which is about 50 strong.

5 parrots: 1 SEnegal, 1 Hahns Macaw, 1 BH Pionus, 1 cockatiel, and 1 RB2.

3 fish tanks 1 with livebearers, other 2 mixed tropical fish
1 pond with lots of gold fish and Koi

And 1 mostly patient husband that puts up with and even helps with the birds and the dogs. The cats he is mostly responsible for there care.

Gotta admit..... my mind is boggled here! I have so many questions for you guys on living with that many critters.....

I have Marley, my adored American Budgie (pictured below thanks to Zydabird!!!) and one Pleco fish named Plinko in a 10 gallon tank all by his lonesome. Sachi the Betta died yesterday...

2 possum that we 'rescued' as babies and are living under the house now.

When I lived with my ex, she and I combined used to have 22 pets! We realized quickly that we were enabling each other, and many of those animals have found new homes. Now I will stick to the three!

Haha, wow. Here I am reading through this thinking to myself "Jeebus, some guys and gals here live in a zoo!" then I started to list off my own;

2 green iguanas
1 bearded dragon
1 lovebird
6 rats
1 ball python
1 sugar glider
1 ferret
1 hedgehog
1 mini daschund

Until recently there were also tarantulas, a cornsnake and another beardie, but they died/were rehomed. Dayum, on paper it seems a bit excessive haha. We're on the lookout for a french bulldog to add to our family and maybe some parrotlets, but then we'll take a break from any new additions

Nice to know there are others even more obsessed than me!
