Odie is acting wierd today..

My baby odie Seems to be in a weird mood today. This morning he grabbed my finger and without letting go started to flap his wings. I heard this was a form of playfullness. But after that he started biting me. Not sure how to teach him to stop biting. And he seems to be attacking his feathers and feet. Is this hormonal or could this be him stressfull cause of his first molting.? Any advice?
