Nuts

So our macaws are just getting into liking nuts.
I know which ones are safe -but I was curious about which ones (if any) can be given daily, or which ones need to be in moderation, or which ones are the healthiest to feed

So far they've tried pine nuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts & pistachios

Healthiest as far as I know are almonds then walnuts
