Thank you for warm welcome. Her name is Chiara and like her namesake Maria Chiara, a Diva with a beautiful voice but shortened career, she loves to sing along with opera arias I play for her and is fast becoming my new best friend.

One thing you may not be aware of as a new bird owner, is their sensitivity to " fumes" and toxin. The big one is the chemicals in non stick cookware, baking sheets, air fryer, space heaters. The stuff that's in Teflon and product
Like that. When heated lets off a gass that csn kill birds in seconds, even in a different room, or floor of your house . The gas is deadly to birds , there aren't second chances . So we all have to read and research products. I use only glass, stainless steel, pyrex, or cast iron to cook with.
