In my opinion,s/he is a crossing-over among two mutations (pallid and cinnamon), which means that s/he is neither a pallid nor a cinnamon;
The crossing-over is more common between lutino&cinnamon rather than pallid&cinnamon but the probability that it occurs is perfectly equal (3%);

She is stunning in flight. She is very tolerant of your handling her - your spreading her wings - for an untamed parrot. I doubt you will have any difficulties socializing her, especially if she doesn't bite. My Lovie, Poca on the left of my Avatar, was three and a half years old when he was rehomed to me. He was also flighted and he DID bite, but I was able to tame and socialize him within a three day long week-end of one-to-one attention by me. You're more than halfway there
