new casters, home made shelf, and home made double-t perch

Didn't like the casters that came with my NW cage, they're great for moving it around short distances or on hard floor, but didn't work well with carpet and difficult going over door sills. I got new ones, all chrome w/ poly non marking wheels, 2 of them have brakes to keep the cage from sliding around on the mats.

I also found some cheap yet interesting boards from Lowe's to make a shelf on the bottom.

Last is a perch I'm making, none of the sizes on the bird safe store seemed right for me, and I never got a response about making a special one so I decided to make my own, just need to get SS dowel screws.

it's stained with a Minwax colored stain, I think the color was called River Stone.
Then I put two coats of poly on it and let it air out till it didn't smell anymore.

My cage was 24" deep so I just got 2 12" boards and notched out the corners and set it down on the bottom supports.

It's the java perch I used to use with my King's cage, too short for the new SS cage and too long to use with the others so I cut it up.
