Hi everyone , I’ve been the owner of a ringneck parrot for about a year know , I think it’s a he , he is 14 months , when he was younger he didn’t have a problem with me changing his water and food and he was much more playful.
The last 2-3 months he is getting aggressive , he won’t let anyone change anything in his cage , if you enter the room he will “attack” you by flying on your head and biting you and I can’t keep him inside the cage during the day when I’m at school, he’s broken every lock of steel and now is starting to chew on everything even tho I provide him with new toys everytime something breaks, he’s not tammed but in the future months I’ll get him to a professional so we can both “train”.
How do I keep him inside the cage ( I do weekly cleanings sometimes twice a week)
When I’m not home
