Now that Bubbles has passed and he's started to come out of his depression he's gotten this too cute little personality going. Before he always seemed afraid of people but now he's almost inherited bubbles' personality with his own.

Could it be that Twitch was really always like that but bubbles "eclipsed" him and now he's come into his own? He does look so cute and perky, not to mention being "ham" as you said. He knows when he's part of a "photo op"!!!
