My quakers gasping? HELP!!! (Sad update #6)

Hello, my 5-month old quaker has been gasping for air (that's what it looks like) he has also sneezing a lot. I just got him last week Sunday and he started doing this Friday night. Today I decided to post because he's kind of losing his balance. At first, I believed the food might have been dusty but taking it out didn't help. I need Help. (I will try to attach a video. He was doing more about 10 minutes ago.)

Without seeing what’s happening it’s hard to offer any ideas of help, are you certain that there’s nothing being used in your home that could cause respiratory problems?

Time see the avian vet asap

To help him until you can see an avian vet, he should have access to fresh outside air (a bathroom with an exhaust fan and an open window for make-up air would be ideal as long as it hasn't been recently cleaned with harsh chemicals, or wheel him in his cage outside).

Ensure there's nothing in the environment that's harmful (smoking/vaping, candles, air fresheners, anything aerosol, self-cleaning oven cycle, Teflon pans, etc), run your air purifier(s) on high, and also air out the rest of your home by opening windows.
