As some of you know, Dolly hasn't had it easy in her 6 years of life.
Although I have questioned the previous owners I am still in shock that someone or something let this beautiful sweet girl get in this condition and left her untreated or even seen by a vet.
Here are a couple of pics:

years didn't notice!? Damaged and mutilated wing. Only half of what it should be.

Now, as devastating as this is, this little girl is so loved and cherished by both myself and my husband she metls our hearts daily with her sweet little voice asking for kisses; her happy flapping of her "wings" when she sees us when we come in the room, and her wanting nothing more than to be cuddled and loved.
As well as that, she is my little dancing queen.

I love this little sweetheart so much my heart aches for the pain she has endured, and hope for better days.
She has 4 new feathers coming in now and I couldn't be happier. There is nothing for her to fear anymore

He had a tumor and they decided to amputate.

It breaks my heart the neglect and abuse so many birds go through. She is very lucky to have you. And clearly she is a happy girl now.
