Yep. I just cut the veggie into hunks and lay them on the little square cutter and slam the lid. Voila!

ok resurecting the dead with this post BUT! i have been doing fresh salads with the layered theme, BUT im finding that my produce is going bad WAY faster than i can use it and with the fosters leaving soon i will be down to 2 kids. So coulc you make this salad and freeze it? (since they say frozen veggies still have nutrients that cooked don't) If you can would you freeze it in a tub or bags? mixed or un mixed?
