Moth on flower

While busy taking wild bird pics, I noticed this dainty little moth? on some flowers at the edge of the lake

No im pretty sure its a moth. Here in the south we have some pretty wild looking, even pretty moths

Actually almost all butterflies have very dull colors on the bottom side of their wings so that when they are on the ground, on a flower, etc. they are camoflauged (sp?) from predators

It's funny but there are some species of moths that most butterflies couldn't hold a candle to in beauty. Moths are underrated. Google - Atlas Moth...
