Milk Thistle Seeds

This will be my first time feeding milk thistle seeds, is there a limit on how many they can eat between 4 conures or can I mix it in with their regular seed/grain mix?

This months mix (should last 4-6months)
4 pounds sprouted millet
3 pounds sprouted quinoa
4 pounds sprouted oats
2 pounds milk thistle
2 pounds sprouted brown rice

I should add that about 3 pounds will be going to a friend with 2 cockatiels (mostly millet and oats)

No limit that I'm aware of. I used to mix it in my mix also

The birds that land in our yard eat it to their hearts content. That is fresh stuff though and I’m not sure if there’s a difference.
