Max is re-growing feathers!

I have been giving him a half dose of Featheriffic on his pellets lately, and he has started to grow a few belly feathers back :

I have the Featherific too I just got it because Buka was moulting and I hoped his new feathers would come in faster, I also give him the organic palm oil. So far all his new feathers are even more vibrant than the last! Keep us posted he sure is a cutie!

Thanks for asking He has completely stopped barbing or plucking and is fully feathered now. I don't have stills here on my work computer, but I can link to a recent video that shows him as he looks currently:

The biggest change for Max, and the thing that I think helped the most by far, was adding Sonny to the flock. As you can see, they hang out together and finish each other's sentences . Without Sonny, I do not think Max would have stopped. The Featheriffic grew the feathers, but he would have barbed them off out of loneliness and boredom without his little pal.

Thats awesome I am so glad they are that happy together. I don't know why Bella does it she was with a mate and he was in perfect feather and I mean perfect shiny without flaw feathers. I have had her cage open all day so she can play with the rest of the birds if she likes since I have Liam (turq GCC) as well. But she doesn't want to leave her cage.
