Max in a Box

Max finally found the courage to explore the box I put in his cage. It's been in the cage 2 days and he'd pretty much keep an eagle eye on it but wouldn't go near it. I had even put in some of his foot toys and nutriberries, but nothing. I put the box back in his cage empty (washing the toys) after cleaning cages. Had to run a quick errand so put the fids up without putting the toys and treats back in the box. This is what I found a few minutes later when I got home. It's a Max in a Box

I'll agree with everyone else! WOW!!!! Your cages are amazing and your fids seems to be enjoying themselves there with all the toys and stuff you provide them with! What type of cages are they?

Greenparrot and Monica, the cages are Featherland cages, the 3 are the 1827 series. Max's cage I can't remember what size it is. I really like them. Found the best prices by dealing directly with Featherland.

I was hoping Max would like being able to destroy a box. I was actually thinking of getting him his own covered kitty litter box since he always wants to try and climb in Miss Kitty's, but then I decided against it, don't want him nesting and I don't want the cats to think it's their litter box....ewwww

I have put a box within a box to increase the amount of shredding surface area! What a nape -- I can't help but stare at that huge bright brilliant yellow nape. It looks like you pasted a big piece of yellow on Max's neck!
