Mal-A-Kite is how it is pronounced. It is a color of green very like his chest.

Yes that is how you pronounce it (that's what I was trying to get across!) and it is a stone.

I have some malachite jewelry and am still searching for the perfect pendant. And a big bowl of course.

I saw Malachite's former companion (from the same home) and he/she has a solid green belly and his or her head was very round.
