That is what the breeder said his mish-mash of colors was called. He has no actual solid colors on him except his pale peach face and green wings. I will try to get a picture of him on here. Harley is quite large and when I bought him, I thought he was a female, he is so big. But DNA testing shows he is a male and now that he has bonded with Gracie Tiel and has tried unsuccessfully to mate with her all day, every day, it is obvious he is a male. He was a hand fed baby but was very hand shy when I got him. He still does not like to be handled, but he loves landing on me and accepting treats. He is the only small bird in the birdroom who stands up to the poi girls and takes no guff from them. He got his wing injured when he tried to stand up to Precie YNA, but luckily it was a flesh wound that healed nicely and he is back to normal.
