Your birds species is "black masked" lovebird - Agapornis Personatus.
Yes, pied mutation.
There is something else though, I couldn't work out if double dark factor or Violet factor but the flight feathers apear to be like those of Pied DD birds.

You are correct about the double dark factor. It is not just the black in the primaries, but looking closer, you can see the olive "patches" in the yellow.

I agree with all the comments. Dominant Pied Green Blackmasked with a mix of Dark and Violet Factors.
