For formula?
I am loyal to Nutribird A21 (green lid) for rearing lovebird chicks. But I trust Psittacus as a brand (I use their pellets), and from what I read, I think that Vetafarm is a good one too (seems to be recommended a lot in Aus).
If I couldn't get Nutribird and had to use one of the two you mention, I would be comfortable doing so. Unlike brands such as Katyee and non-branded, lesser known formulas.
