Looking for Cockatiel breeder

I'm looking for a good cockatiel breeder near the Huntsville, AL area or will ship. I have an all white female tiel appx 2 yrs old that needs a friend. She has black eyes so is not albino. Photo attached

Carol's Parrot WeeTweet (Larry & Carol Laminger in Indianapolis, Indiana) - I don't think they currently have any babies but they should soon
