Linnies babies healthy but feathers coming in strange

Hello Linnie lovers. Long story short, our 2 Linnies have had their first successful clutch resulting in 3 thriving babies of 7, 6 and 5 weeks old. They have been brilliant and are all wonderful, however I am concerned, and confused as to why they have full feathered wings and tails but very few pins coming anywhere else?!they've never had the usual 'fluff' stage from the beginning and it's starting to baffle us. Any ideas or advice very welcome and very much appreciated

My first thought is that the parents might be plucking them. I'd recommend pulling them and handfeeding, but that might be too difficult at 7 weeks. So you might just need to wait for it to wean and then separate it.
