have this aviary how to keep it safe?? Like the door locks.
was thinking of buying a padlock for the door but would be possible to pick at the lock and open
...
please give idea on how to keep aviary safe, locked and secure

What kind of birds would be in it? Zip ties might work, you could just clip them if you needed to open the doors.

The two suns. I’m not saying this for the safety of the birds leaving I mean like if they got stolen. a zip tie can easily be cut by so,enody else to open cage.

Are you going to be leaving them outside unattended?

Hawks will destroy cages to get to birds, and a rodent or snake can crawl right in.

It’s not really a safe enclosure for outside- critters can get in, critters can reach through bars, there’s no shelter etc. it’s an indoor cage.

If someone wanted to steal the birds out of that cage it is easy enough to simply unscrew the panels… my bird unscrews the panels on his cage that is the same. The bottom grates can simply be pulled out to open the whole bottom of the cage too.

Another concern would be how to keep someone from simply rolling the whole cage into the back of a truck and driving off.
Not just this cage in particular, but any unwatched outdoor aviary is vulnerable.:(

Thank u all. Have decided to completely not keep them outside at all.
