Interesting story. He flew into someone's backyard (clipped wings and all). The people were very well off and had a beautiful home. They knew nothing about parrots. They tried to find the owners, but no luck.
They vetted him and fed him well and kept him in a tiel sized cage (didn't know better) for 4 months. They gave him up to Phoenix Landing about 2 months ago.
He went through another set of bloodwork, etc. I bypassed quarantine due to the history of him having already been in isolation and having such recent bloodwork. Normally that would not occur.
He looks to be a SI Eclectus. He is very cute and covered in pins as he has been molting.
