Looks to me like maybe one was pulled out when wedged in the cushion and arm of chair and the other could have been loosened and pulled out later because it was bothering your bird.

A few spritzes w/spring water & aloe should help him feel better. That must have been some thunderstorm 
Matt, do you keep a night light on for Jude? I have the F/S lights with the moonlight. There is always a small amount of light for all my birds. Poor little guy. He sure is banged up.
I truly thnk the one was broken and the other was probably about ready to come out due to the molt. It may have become twisted during his night fright and he yanked it because he was uncomfortable. Send him lots of love and hugs from me.

Sabrina (budgie) has had some really bad night frights and knocked out feathers that came out looking like that, with blood on the tips. I think he is probably okay... looks like a bad night fright though
