Jade and his feet

I have an IRN that has a severe foot peeling thing happening. I had noticed a build up on his feet and the vet said it was fine. I’m in disagreement with him and am wondering if anyone here has dealt with a similar condition? I’ll post pics later.

I think that if the vet especially if its an avian vet says its fine that he's probably right, but pictures would definitely help, it could be due to low humidity from the cold so you could try offering frequent baths or a humidifier
