Awwww, not fair!! I had literally just closed down my computer a few minutes earlier, thinking that nothing was going to happen. Every year I stare bug-eyed at these dang foal cams and only once have I been lucky enough to witness a foaling. LOL! Prob. just as well though. Once I see the foal born, I somehow feel a connection with it and want to buy it immediately. I need another horse like I need a hole in my head, or another parrot!

Amazing birth & you could feel all the love for the new foal. I want to see it stand up for the first time!
I was a bit afraid its mom was so close to its back legs she could get up & hurt them.

FREELANDS Gypsy Farm is just such a calm and caring place. I love how they talk to mom, Jordan and tell her she did such a wonderful job bringing her baby into the world. Some owners just feel so excited over the new baby that they forget what mama mare had just gone through.

The whole foaling was, as you said very calm and very caring not to mention reassuring. And their horses are to die for (literally).
