It’s been a hot minute

Y’all. It’s been a while since I posted. I hadn’t realized how long.
Ollie, Milo and Maui are all doing good

Back in November I believe, my husband and I drove 8 hours to GA to pick up a miligold macaw that needed a home. Her mom bit her wing off in the nest so she is not able to fly - although it looks as if there’s a feather coming through. Her name is Nova Leigh and she is definitely my bird for sure. She’s glued to my hip.
Ollie also loves Nova and will scream when she’s out of sight (even though he can literally fly to find her)

a few days ago we brought home a gcc who doesn’t have a name yet

so here’s some photos of everyone and I do hope to be on more. Life just got in the way.
Ollie turned a year old on June 7th, nova turned a year old on March 28th

maui and Milo will both be 2 this year but I don’t remember their dates off hand

We have one sun conure
One cockatiel

And 2 macaws

I don’t have many pictures of the cockatiel because he’s my sons and doesn’t like me very much, lol

What a flock you have there. I was recently given a list gcc that the man who found her thought she was Lurch and called me saying he had him on his shoulder right now. I explained it's been 5 years and when he described her I knew it wasn't Lurch but he couldn't safely keep her so I went out and got her. Some responses to the lost post but no for sure family member so I have her now. Sweet little bird at first but now a bit nippy so working with her. Cute tiny little things and full of energy. Good on ya for taking him in and glad to see you again
