Things to consider when looking at bird droppings:
1) what is the diet? Wetter diets will produce wetter droppings, beets will make them red or purple, as an example
2) is the dropping fresh? Dried droppings can give us inaccurate information
3) is this different for your bird?
4) is this just one dropping? If no, over what period have they been off?
