Is my cockatiel's head normal?

Hey, this might be a stupid question but i always observed that my male pearl cockatiel has a smaller had than the lutino female has (video:

). I mean i can see his eyes from above his head lmao, he s cute but i am concerned if it s something wrong about it. Now are his eyes too big or his head too small?
