Her nails keep sticking to everything, like my shirt, and its very annoying for her and me. I'm not sure if it would be okay though? Being a young duckling they can't be overlong, so I thought maybe they're sharp for a reason? I also like how she can climb up on my shoulder on her own, would she be able to do that if I clipped the very tip off her nails?

I never knew ducks had nails  You might want to try just filing them down a bit instead of clipping them

I agree with Chris that filing would be a good idea:) You could clip them instead, but I'd be careful to do only clip the tiniest bit off the very tip, so they're still sharp (so the little one can still get around well) but not so sharp that they're getting caught.
