I don't really watch videos, How to Draw books are always good. The best advice I can give you is to keep trying. You may not notice straight away, but you'll get better with every picture. Best of luck.

I actually teach design studio at uni. The students who share their drawings seems to improve in leaps and bounds in a short few months.
