*hugs to all the familiar faces*
Me and my flock have made it to Avian Avenue (awesome forum name btw!).
Looking forward to keeping up with everyone's flocks.
For any unfamiliar faces, my name is Belinda and i have a rather large flock of little fids which you can see in my siggy. Also got a jack russell called Mickey (Michael for short, i know that doesn't make sense, lol). I've always loved animals, and my first pet was a budgie when i was 9 years old. That was the error by my parents that got me hooked, they've kindly let me fill the living room with birds and play gyms, etc. Once i finished grade 12 at school i went on to begin studying Animal Technology at TAFE. I'm in my final term now, and bogged under with school work (posting here right now would be called procrastinating by some), so you'll have to forgive me if i'm a little inactive just for a few weeks. For the past 11 months i've been working at the vet clinic i take my fids to, and absolutely loving it! I started out as a kennel hand in the cattery but they quickly offered to start training me up as a vet nurse. I'm looking forward to working there full time next year.
So that's me! I'm sure it won't be long before i bombard you with pics of the fids.
