I go to the pet store and this is what I come home with

So I go to the pet store to get FISH and someone came in to drop off fish and brought this poor baby in. It is a FISH store so they couldn't do anything with him so guess who had to bring him home. As you can see the food cups are lids to orange juice and the cage is rediculously small. As you can see no toys, there was no info given, just drop off and leave. He has no tail due to the ONE perch being too close to the bars and I already had to deal with a broken blood feathers.

He was being fed HAMSTER food and he is very underweight.
Poor baby.

i just don't understand how can people be so careless.. it's great that this little guys is having a second chance ! he look cute but not healthy and it's a sad sight just to look at it's cage !
