I had several of these I bought over a decade ago and needed more. I tried several pets chains and several local independent pet stores locally.
Finally resorted to Amazon and a couple months of buying and returning mis-fits. Eventually found perfection.
The bowls that come with the medium 32x23" cages (usually about 3/4 - 5/8" bar spacing) fit a 5 inch cup holder that is on a swing-out feeder door. The cups provided by the cage vendor are just over 2 inches deep and my birds have to reach down so far they almost fall in since I don't put in enough food to fill it to the top. Really I just cover the bottom in a thick layer and that still gives some food waste.
The bowls I wanted are about 1.25 inches deep inside (the sales description says 1.5 inches deep on the outside).
The outside diameter of the top rim is about 5 and 1/8 inches.
The inside diameter of the top rim is about 4.5 ".
The diameter of the bottom outside is just under 4"
The inside bottom diameter 3.75"
Generally I will sit the shallower bowl inside one of the deeper bowls just so they don't see that it would be easy to pop the bowl out of the holder as it is shallower.
For my large cages with 6" built in feeder door cup holders: (These cages are generally the ones with 1" bar spacing.) I will sit a 5" bowl that is 2" deep inside the 6" bowl the cage vendor provides, then sit the shallow bowl in that. So there are 3 bowls nested together but it works and I only wash the shallow one nightly since they others stay fairly clean.
