I saw this today too. It is scary to think that we could have another pandemic that effects not only our birds, but ourselves.

With covid I wonder how many human cases of H5N8 have slipped through the net or gone unreported. I don't think these are really the first human cases.

Very early in 2020, there was an outbreak of the bird flu [in China? ] ... Only heard one report on that, then nothing. Think there was also one report on a case of Swine flu in mid 2020. People have to just stay aware and alert! And continued prayers...
