How to tell if its a green cheek or black cap

Hello.
The title basically says it all.
But I got 2 concurs a sun conure and what everyone is saying/told was a Green cheek concur. I recently learned about black cap concurs and how they look almost exactly like green cheeks. I was wondering if there's any easy way to tell whether my little friend is a Green cheek or black cap.

You have a green cheek :)

The easiest way to tell is by looking at the feathers by the crop. Black caps have a scalloped look, with white edges around those feathers. A green cheek lacks that feature. Green cheeks also usually have a lighter patch of feathers behind the eye (near the ear) which Black caps do not. Here's a side by side (not my photo):
