I just thought it might be good to know you guys' own ways that you cleaned and sanitized your new toys, did a deep-clean with your cage or anything like that?

I user Pet Focus to disinfect my birds' things (toys, cage, perches etc). It's a great product and has a very mild smell compared to other disinfectants.

Another good product is F10.

I use F10, best one IMO. :)

To be perfectly honest if you keep your cage indoors and you are a clean person and your only pets are your birds all that stuff for cleaning you see in pet stores is useless. Use regular dish washing detergent, hot water and baking soda OR get a steamer. Bleach is a big no no for me. That is just my opinion but feel free to try anything.
