How dusty are Giant Runt Pigeons? Plus lifespan question

Are they dustier than a tiel? Also do they live as long as normal pigeons. I've read conflicting information.

Compared to cockatiels, giant runt pigeons are dustier and have shorter lifespans (about 10-15 years, whereas cockatiels can live into their 30s). They have slightly shorter lifespans than other pigeons due to their size putting pressure on their heart, but it's not a huge difference. If you have asthma or are sensitive to allergens like bird dander, though, definitely do not get a pigeon!
