How do I know if my baby is happy?

I know macaw body language to a 't'. Not so much about lovebirds......how do I know if my baby is happy & comfortable with me handling it?

He'll be relaxed and he might stretch a wing or two and he won't try and fly away. Sometimes when my lovebirds are really happy they will grind their beaks and close their eyes a little. Every bird is different and eventually you will learn to interpret your baby's body language.
