I don't usually offer bread because fresh is always better than cooked, but since Maddie is working on her 2nd egg I wanted to give her some extra calcium. I mixed together 1 egg w/ shell, ground flax, Dr.Harvey's "What's Cookin" the last of my Organic Beak Appetit (for the love of ginger), cooked quinoa, some of my fresh mix, bee pollen, cayenne pepper, and a calcium supplement. I put the mix in some muffin molds and it's in the oven now. Pics to come when they are done.

Very awesome!!!
I've got to get on the birdie bread train. I tried twice with my own recipe...no go. But I think its more because my fids aren't used to it and it may take some acclimating :)

It's above in my first post. I forgot that I added 1/2 a banana and half a jar of organic carrot baby food. There is also some millet sprinkled on top. ;)
