So I’m planning on moving into an apartment by myself soon, and I’m hoping to bring my parrots with me. However the issue is since I’ll be the only one there for now, there’s nothing I can do when I have to go to work and they start screaming, which would cause lots of trouble for me. How can I prevent them from screaming while I’m gone?

Are you 100% sure they will scream when you're gone?

Offering a new toy (store bought or DIY) and some foraging opportunities will help keep them busy for some portion of that time.
If your birds are noisy, you may want to talk to the neighbours before you move in.

As @Zara said, if you think they are going to scream during the day, play some music, and offer a distraction.
