How did you get these two cuties?

Hal came as a rehome along with 2 budgies. He was bonded to the green one in the video (Jazmalina). Both of those have since died. The Blue one was only about 2 at most. Was just fine flying with the others at bedtime. Dead at the bottom of the cage in the morning? Jaz died of old age. He was at least 15.

This green budgie (ScooterX) is a rehome off Kijiji. Hal was in mourning and beside himself when Jaz died. I searched for a friend with the same physical characteristics as Jaz knowing what Hal likes.
