HELPPP WITH BUDIE EGG

Hello so my budgie egg started zipping around 18 hours ago . It’s still moving and still chirping a lot but hasn’t fully hatched yet . Temp and humidity is good as well . What do I do? Wait ? Help? I attached a pic of the egg below. Zipped halfway around the egg

Depending on the species, it can take a chick 24 - 48 hours to break the shell enough to get out. The chick may take breaks along the way. It's a lot of work.
