I'm trying to figure out this whole sprout thing because Indigo loves them,
and I want to be prepared for when he comes home. What is your process?

Kelly start out by sprouting only a tablespoon amount and see how that looks...I think a lot of people OVER do the amount dry and end up having problems...you can alway do more the next time...say 1 1/2 TBL to see what works for you...

I follow a video on True Love Avairy website. I rinse, then soak for 15 minutes to a 1/2 hour in raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, rinse a few times, then soak for about 8 hours in clean water, rinse well again, and put them in a container on top of a damp coffee filter and cover with something breathable ( I just use a paper towel). They start sprouting by the next day, and then are ready to use on the second day.

Which beans/seeds do you find that your fids like the most.
Do you get your beans at Whole Food Stores, or order special online?

I get mine from a health food store, but have thought of ordering online for a larger variety. Mine like the Garbonzo and lentils, that is what I use most since the store I go to doesn't seem to have a lot of the seeds, but I have sprouted millet.
