Pictures Help with bird ID?

I have a friend in Leesburg Fl right now and he found these birds, can’t figure out what they are.

it’s a bad picture because it’s a picture of a picture lol but it’s all I got

A fairly fuzzy photo but I think they are whistling ducks. One of my all time favorite ducks.

In your photo they look like the females.

I was going to say a black-bellied whistling duck, but the beaks are black - more like the fulvous. *shrugs*

If they are whistling ducks they are also some of my favorites! I saw some at the San Diego Zoo back in 2011 and they make the most adorable sounds lol.

The female black belly looks like it has a darker beak than the male whose beak looks pinkish to me. The fulvous is my main favorite. I finished carving a duck body and painted it to look like a fulvous. They are a striking little duck.
