help with band ID

Hello there, i recently brought in a male eclectus to my flock. i’m told the previous owner had him for about 16 years but he was not the original owner and im trying to figure out how old he is!

band is EP CA 2273

EP is the breeder/origin point
CA is the state (California)
2273 is the band ID.

Unfortunately even though you'd think there would be some sort of tracking information for bands, there often isn't. Lots of breeders are also retired, which doesn't help.

Our band list does say this, though:

EP Silver Eclectic Parrots Michelle Doggett Livermore CA (925)371-8283
