Was it vomit or regurgitation? How old is your bird?
Did you feed her something orange?

Vomiting looks uncontrolled- head shaking and food flying everywhere. If it's regurgitating, it looks more controlled like they are forcing something up their throats. It your bird is vomiting, I think he needs to see a vet.
