From what I could hear....yes. He will make little baby sounds for a while yet. I'd start now trying to teach him to connect words with items or actions. Talk to him a lot. Keep words & commands consistent. Make sure you feed him well. Often they revert to needing more food after weaned. As he develops more interest in moving about, playing with toys, learning, he will cut back on food again. If you plan on harness training try now, as he may not permit it later.
