Lets see, I am owned by a 10yr. old Greater Vasa Parrot, named Eve. He is a boy though and not a girl. Long story on that one.

I also have a 30+ year old African grey named Clay

And last but not least a 5 year old BFA named Poe

Eve loves his harness, we go out all the time. Claybird is a new adoptee, but I have know her for the past 25 years. Been looking for a new forum, the one I moderate has started to die, people lives change and so on.......so here I am. This looks like a very active forum, which is great!

Great photos and your BFA is stunning!! Do they talk? Do Vasas typically talk?? I don't know much about them sorry.

They all talk, although eve is not the best talker. Vasa's can either out talk a grey or not speak at all. Eve is not a good talker but great at household noises. Vasa's voices are a bit odd. They all sound like they are on helium!

I am guessing hitch pitched noises are thier favorites

My Too Solo trys to whistle/talk as he can't quite figure out which route to take.
